Aivault is a Ukrainian AI platform for clinics, made by AIVOLT LLC (Kyiv). It checks the tests and treatment doctors order against clinical protocols (the Aivault Health module), books patients through an AI chatbot (MedLeads), sends patients personalised messages (MedConnect) and gives doctors access to protocols and learning materials (Learning).
Aivault receives the visit record from the clinic’s medical information system (MIS), extracts confirmed diagnoses and prescriptions, selects the clinical protocol and checks each of its requirements. The doctor and the medical director see what was done and what was missed, together with the text of the protocol requirement. More on the How it works page.
No. Aivault is a quality control and decision support tool. It does not diagnose and does not prescribe treatment; the final decision is always made by the doctor.
Private clinics and clinic networks, specialised medical centres, medical laboratories and public hospitals.
The library is based on the clinical protocols and standards of care of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and on international evidence-based medicine sources. A clinic’s own protocols can be added as well. More on the Protocols page.
Yes. In addition to the Ministry of Health protocols, the clinic’s internal protocols can be added to the check. Scope and timing are agreed during implementation.
Any medical information system or CRM that has an API. Integrations with DocDream and Lakmus are already in place. We can also connect a clinic’s in-house system.
If the MIS has an API, implementation usually takes about a week. If extra configuration is needed, it takes 2–4 weeks. We adapt the rollout to the clinic’s processes and support the team at every stage.
Aivault receives visit records through the MIS API, and check results are visible only to authorised clinic staff in the Aivault account. A detailed description of technical safeguards is available on request. See also the Security page.
